Adam Show, The
Directed by: Adam Bibilo
Released: May 2005
Preview I'm guessing that the director of this film has many private jokes with his friends. Actually no, I just can't tell, the humour is SO odd here it's slightly scary. Apart from the lousy jokes, the actual show was - just as bad. The scenery and voice acting was very low budget. Didn't enjoy this film much, very boring to be honest. Review by Richard Bevis.

Adam Show 2, The
Directed by: Adam Bibilo
Released: May 2005
Preview And I quote, 'The show is just as horrible as ever'. Actually, the humour is slightly improved, but the whole thing still lacked a great deal. The voice acting is rather shoddy and once again the background scenery is very plain. Best not to do any more of these. Please. Review by Richard Bevis.

War of the Worlds
Directed by: Adam Bibilo
Released: June 2005
Preview Adam Bibilo's take on the Steven Spielberg movie (oh, and the book by H.G. Welles) is a disjointed attempt at recreating some of the atmosphere of War of the Worlds. Unfortunately, the narrative skips from point A to point R without explaining what happened during the journey. The result is a confusing plot that frustrates more than anything. The presentation relies completely on static scenery and default scenery. What little custom scenery there is serves its purpose well enough, but is far behind current filmmakers. The sound also has issues. At times, MIDI and wav sounds collide to make an aweful caucaphony of noise that forces one to press stop and start again. The sound effects rely mostly on 3dmm's sound effect library, and Bibilo has not put it to its potential. Many sounds do not belong where they go, such as a soft "ping" whenever someone gets shot by a tripod. While a decent attempt for a first film, Bibilo should take a look at the community's recent releases and see what the rest of the directors are doing in terms of presentation and voicing. Bibilo shows a competent grasp of the program, but he's yet to push the envelope. Review by Andrew Salter.
