Wouldn't It Be
Directed by: Andrew Metcalf
Released: March 2000
Preview Little sense. Little taste. Little entertainment. The whole movie revolves around a man named Professor Spaz (the director plays 'himself') doing strange things that usually involve some sort of death here or there. Not particularly good, but nice to watch if you've nothing to do.

Wouldn't It Be 2
Directed by: Andrew Metcalf
Released: March 2000
Preview More of the same sort of humor and style as number 1, but I think by now it'll be starting to grow on you a bit. A little funnier with the same great voice acting. Watch if you liked the first one.

Wouldn't It Be 3
Directed by: Andrew Metcalf
Released: June 2000
Preview The third in the series and perhaps not as good as the rest, though still a good movie. The beginning was a little slow paced which kinda ruined it, but it got better and there were some really funny moments. As with the rest of the series it's probably a 'watch once' kinda comedy, but still, I recommend it highly to those with a British sense of humor.

Wouldn't It Be 4
Directed by: Andrew Metcalf
Released: December 2000
Preview Ha! Very amusing little animation based on a cartoon worm comic strip that Tom has done. Nicely translated to the 3dmm silver screen too with worms fighting it out as only worms can. Whatever that means. Looking forward to future episodes.

Wouldn't It Be Christmas Special 2001
Directed by: Andrew Metcalf
Released: December 2001
Preview Unfortunately, it looks as if this will be the last movie in the WIB series. Taking Spaz four months to complete, he say's he has lost the inspiration he used to find when making the movies. Anyhow - that doesn't stop this movie being an absolute corker! With a run time of 11 minutes, its fantastic! The comedy is top stuff - made even funnier by the hilarity of the voices used. There is a special guest voice appearance, x-mas dinner and a snow ball fight! Good animation, great music and well choicen camera angles throughout. A definate download.

Wouldn't It Be Easter Special
Directed by: Andrew Metcalf
Released: April 2001
Preview Possibly the only 3dmm movie series to ever make an easter special, 'Wouldn't It Be - Easter Special' features the same fantastic voice acting but is sadly bogged down by it's complete stupidity. Yes, usually the 'Wouldn't It Be' series is quite quirky and strange but this episode is a little more nonsensical than it's predecessors. Perhaps good to watch on a lonely, boring Sunday night.

Wouldn't It Be Halloween Special
Directed by: Andrew Metcalf
Released: October 2001
Preview A fitting seasonal episode of Spaz's pretty famous 'Wouldn't It Be' series. As usual, the movie compresses of a bunch of fairly humorous skits, introduced by an overly British man, Professor Spaz himself. Apparently, Brits strapped for cash use turnips instead of pumpkins around the time of Halloween. I can tell you this is a lie :) Hehe. Anyway, animation etc. is all pretty standard, but I particularly liked the well suited 'turn on' (look! I'm using semiotic terminology!) music during the hanging scene. I was distantly reminiscent of the 'cutting-ear-off' scene from Reservior Dogs - just to get an idea of what I'm thinking about. Good, wholemeal British stuff.

Wouldn't It Be Special Edition
Directed by: Andrew Metcalf, Jim Weatherby
Released: October 2000
Preview The latest in the long running and popular 3dmm comedy series, this doesn't disappoint. Even makes fun of me a bit, hehe. Really, it is one of the funniest movies in awhile though if there had been more jokes instead of having bloopers, it would have been better. An absolutely marvelous work of art by Andrew and Jim. Extremely funny and a mostly feel-good mo
