Forandop Preview
Directed by: Joey Cosmos
Released: October 2002
Preview A nice preview for a slowing time movie. Whether this is an excuse to do alot of slow mo, I don't know but with the right directing it has alot of potential.

Joey Cosmos Show, The
Directed by: Joey Cosmos
Released: July 2002
Preview This is a nice idea (one that's been done hundred's of times before) - but Joey hasn't quite pulled it off. It doesn't seem like he wants to be there doing it, and it is very long winded and boring in places. I like to see really detailed scenery in a talk show to take away the boredom, also because of the static camera angles, but the scenery was bodged and awful. I don't really like talk shows, but the interviews were a bonus point as they were good, except some crap questions were asked. If a bit more thought was put into this, I think it could definitely work, but at the moment, it's a thumbs down!

Killing Time
Directed by: Joey Cosmos, Hamish Gavin
Released: July 2003
Preview A joint movie making effort here, working much the same was as Guy Collins' and Brad Ross' 'The Fight' - the directors take it in turns to direct a scene in the movie. It is the first movie I have watched to use Travis' 3dmm frame rate accelerator. It's a strange experience watching 3D Movie Maker movies run in a smoothly, a change I welcome, but theres something just not right about a 3dmm movie running fast... The on-screen action is just a little too fastly paced in this example for my liking. Anyway, I think it's fair to say that this pointless action movie was quite heavily influenced by Jimmy Pozin's 'A Ragtag Group Of Rebels' - everything from the location to the weapons is all too familiar. However, this doesn't stop it from being an entertaining watch in it's own right, it just means it's not the most original movie to ever hit the scene (but then again, what is?!). The zip file also comes with a host of special features and a couple of previews for forthcoming titles which is a nice little touch. All-in-all, good but not great.

Loose Cannon, The
Directed by: Joey Cosmos
Released: July 2002
Preview This movie is a brilliant attempt by this newbie Joey Cosmos. The animation is quite good especially for character movement, but a little shaky in places. The plot was slightly strange but I picked it up quickly and gave easy viewing. The voices were a little hard to understand in places but I still liked it. Overall a better attempt at a movie than I could do in my first 2 years of 3dmming, and shows that Joey has alot of talent. I am expecting big things, just not so sure about the 5 second music samples though. A definite download for anyone in need of some quick action. And well ended, very unexpected and shocking!

Murder You Compilation

Released: November 2002
Preview A very short skit comprised by a number of quick deaths. It's nicely paced, cool, but it is just too darn short.

Terror in the East Coast: Part 1
Directed by: Joey Cosmos
Released: September 2002
Preview I'm always a little skeptical about movies released in 'parts'. I have experienced, on several occasions, directors promising the following episode(s) to a movie, only to discover that they never materialise. Anyhow, another movie from Joey that isn't too shabby.
