Wow! What a movie! Yet another '98er, and when I found out I was shocked! Coming out over a year after Action Joe 2, this movie blows it out of the water in so many ways and manages to be about 2 years ahead of anything else. The scenery isn't bad, and the animation is damn good. The voices are a little kiddy but it doesn't seem to matter. This is overall a fast-paced, frantic PAM that's well worth a view.
